How much does it cost to rent the Blackhorn Party Bus?

The Blackhorn Party Bus operates very similar to a limousine, and rents by the hour. Rates range depending on the dates, time, and location. Refer to the price page for more information.

How do I book the Blackhorn Party Bus?

First, email or call to confirm availability. If your date is available you can either pay the full balance or put a $200.00 deposit down to hold that date. If you choose to put down the deposit it will be credited to your overall bill. Your entire account balance must be paid in full one week prior to your event. Payment can be made with cash, check or any major credit card.

Can the reservation be cancelled?

There are no cancellations once you have put a deposit down or paid the amount in full. You will be required to pay for the service if you use it or not. You also cannot change the day of your reservation. You might be able to move the reservation time earlier/later or upgrade/downgrade your vehicle depending on availability.

Are there any hidden fees?

There is no reason for us to hide anything from you. You will be informed of everything before you make your reservation. If you have any questions at all, you can ask them.

What is on the party bus?

The party bus comes equipped with the latest professional sound system, and the most up to date music selections. The bus also includes an extensive range of lighting and custom limo seating as well as a restroom in the rear of the bus.

Can we bring our own music?

Absolutely, bring your own CD's, MP3 players, IPod's, or DVD's along.

How old do you have to be to ride the Blackhorn Bus?

Since the Blackhorn Party Bus can be used for so many types of events there are no age restrictions. However, if ANY alcohol is present on the bus, everyone on the bus must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid photo ID.

How many people can the Blackhorn Bus hold?

The Blackhorn Party Bus can hold up to 26 people.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

YES, you can bring beverages of your choice for you and your group. However, Blackhorn Party Bus will not provide any alcohol beverages and is not responsible for any alcohol on the bus.

Can we smoke on the Party Bus?

NO, absolutely no tobacco products can be used on the party bus.
